Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead regulatory compliance, hazardous waste management, and safety programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations. This role partners with site leadership to ensure OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance while promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations.
• Manage environmental permits, licenses, registrations, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and regulated medical waste programs; coordinate waste vendor activities.
• Lead incident investigations, CAPAs, and safety audits; track EHS metrics and report to leadership.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs and promote a proactive safety culture.
