CVS Health is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Associate Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations. The role partners with site leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry, incl. environmental compliance, waste management, regulatory reporting, audits, and/or investigations.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and state/local regs; monitor changes and support inspections.
• Oversee hazardous/pharmaceutical waste management and related documentation.
• Develop and implement environmental programs, spill response, and regulatory reporting.
