• 3–5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regs.
• Pharmaceutical & Hazardous Waste Management: Oversee hazardous/pharmaceutical waste and related programs.
• Environmental Programs: Manage spill response, contingency planning, and environmental reporting.
• Safety & Risk Management: Conduct inspections, safety audits, and CAPA actions.
• Training & Employee Engagement: Develop and deliver EHS training and promote safety culture.
• Emergency Preparedness: Maintain response plans and coordinate for severe events.
