Job summary

YorkHoist / HCRBrands is seeking an EHS Manager – Field Safety & Compliance to lead safety and compliance across shop and field operations. You will work hands-on with technicians, supervisors, and leadership to implement practical safety programs and drive accountability.

The role emphasizes incident investigations, training coordination, and keeping client safety portals current, with a focus on strengthening safety culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety, compliance, or related experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and workplace safety practices.
• Experience supporting or managing incident investigations and safety follow‑up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support safety compliance for shop, field service, installation, and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate and document employee safety training, toolbox talks, policy acknowledgments, and new‑hire onboarding.
• Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, written programs, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
• Lead or support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage third‑party safety portals such as ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks, and client systems.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs, inspections, and follow‑up audits.
• Assist with PPE standards and fleet safety documentation.
