Job summary

Lincoln Electric seeks an EHS Coordinator in Fort Loramie to implement and manage the Environmental, Health & Safety program for the facility and service operations. You will lead the Service Group's EH&S efforts, ensuring safe, compliant operations and supporting continuous improvement with the EHS Manager.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, audits, training, and collaboration with maintenance and manufacturing to improve safety across all locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related certifications preferred.
• 2+ years experience in EHS, field service, maintenance, technical service, or operational support.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement the EH&S vision across the service group.
• Advance ISO 14001 initiatives and EH&S management systems.
• Ensure activities comply with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI and customer requirements.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop goals and milestones for EH&S improvements.
• Schedule training, PPE use, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Provide guidance on on-site safety and home office ergonomics.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries; maintain emergency plans.
