Job summary

Vertiv Group in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at the Lincoln manufacturing facility. This role partners with site leadership to develop strategic EHS objectives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.

The position emphasizes injury prevention, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience managing EHS compliance programs and leading safety improvement initiatives.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Proven ability to influence organizational change and foster a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for environmental, health, and safety initiatives across the Lincoln facility.
• Partner with plant leadership to align EHS objectives with business goals.
• Lead site safety committees and drive engagement in safety programs.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/regional compliance and regulatory reporting; maintain permits and documentation.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees and leadership.
• Oversee waste management, hazardous materials handling, and environmental sustainability efforts.
• Manage EHS budgets, metrics, and performance dashboards.
