Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Fort Loramie, OH, seeks an EHS Coordinator to implement and execute the Environmental, Health and Safety program for the facility and service operations. This position reports to the EHS Manager and serves as the primary leader for the Service Group, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service operations.

You will guide technicians and teams while advancing company EHS objectives, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related certifications preferred.
• 2+ years experience in EHS, field service, maintenance, technical service, or operational support.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to guide teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Implement the corporate EH&S vision across the service group.
• Advance EH&S Management Systems and ISO 14001 initiatives.
• Ensure activities comply with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI, and customer requirements.
• Assist with audits, inspections, regulatory interactions, and reporting.
• Support goals and milestones for Environmental, Health & Safety.
• Provide guidance on PPE, field safety, and safe travel.
