Job summary

Lincoln Electric in the United States is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the Environmental, Health, and Safety program for the Fort Loramie facility. The role reports to the EHS Manager and leads the Service Group to ensure safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement.

The position requires 2+ years in EHS or related fields and supervisory experience. Salary range is $60,000–$80,000 with a 5% target bonus, and is based in Fort Loramie, OH.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in EHS or related fields.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement the corporate Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) vision throughout the service group.
• Advance the EH&S Management Systems and ISO 14001 initiatives.
• Ensure service activities comply with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI and customer requirements.
• Assist the EHS Manager with audits, inspections, regulatory interactions, and corporate reporting requirements.
• Assist in developing goals and milestones for Environmental, Health & Safety.
