Job summary

TerraPower LLC. is seeking a seasoned EHS Coordinator (Site Safety Emergency Response) to lead environmental, health and safety programs at our Bellevue site.

You will develop ICS, train site command staff, and drive continuous safety improvements to protect workers and facilities. Responsibilities include incident planning, CERT program leadership, evacuation planning and regulatory liaison with OSHA, NRC, and local authorities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years coordinating emergency preparedness, disaster logistics, or industrial safety operations.
• IS-100, IS-200, IS-700 FEMA training completed.
• Certified CERT Trainer, OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR/AED credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop location-specific Incident Command structures and train ICs.
• Build/lead Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) for disaster ops.
• Design evacuation routes and shelter-in-place procedures.
• Update emergency action plans for earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.
• Ensure OSHA 1910.38 and fire code compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide EHS training and oversight to employees and managers.
• Track EHS performance metrics and drive improvements.
