TAS Energy Inc. in Houston seeks an EHS Coordinator to support the EHS Manager by administering the floor-level EHS program and interfacing with site personnel.

You will ensure clear communication of goals and objectives, drive hazard identification, and assist in incident management across multiple TAS facilities. The role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration with production leadership, and the ability to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and routine trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completion required.
• OSHA 511 Training or equivalent required or ability to attend.
• Experience leading safety meetings and coaching floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple TAS facilities' EHS needs within Houston area.
• Collaborate with production leaders and EHS coordinators across shifts.
• Conduct daily shop walkthroughs and incident investigations.
• Develop and update JSA’s with supervisors and leads.
• Stay abreast of OSHA standards and advise on TAS EHS program updates.
• Perform risk assessments, audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in incident management and safety meetings.
