Job summary

Salute Inc. is seeking an EHS Coordinator to improve environmental, health, and safety for mission-critical, hyperscale data centers on campus.

You will implement sustainability initiatives, advance safety culture, and ensure safety practices are followed to protect employees, customers, suppliers, and visitors. Key duties include conducting interior/exterior inspections, site safety audits, risk scenario analysis, and developing safety programs with site leaders.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Experience collaborating with teams.
• Familiarity with NeT Zero Waste concepts and programs.

Responsibilities

• Regular interior/exterior facility inspections (equipment, tools, PPE, maintenance, fire systems, safety devices).
• Conduct site safety audits and inspections and examine worksites to identify hazards in the workplace.
• Complete comprehensive reports of findings including correction plans to ensure compliance.
• Analyze risk scenarios to determine their potential impact.
