McKinstry is seeking an EHS Director to lead safety strategy for its offsite manufacturing network in Austin, TX. You will build and mentor a team of safety professionals and partner with senior operations to weave safety into fabrication operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing EHS, deep knowledge of OSHA/ISO standards, and a proven track record in strategic safety planning, risk reduction and continuous improvement. Join a team driving a world-class safety culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience developing and executing multi-site safety strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/ISO standards, industrial hygiene and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation and implementation of safety program changes across the shop network.
• Direct safety plans, audits, hazard analysis and incident investigations.
• Embed a culture of safety, stop-work authority and continuous improvement across operations.
