McKinstry seeks an experienced EHS Director to lead safety across its offsite manufacturing network in Seattle, WA. You will set multi-year safety strategy, build a team, and partner with operations leadership to embed safety into fabrication processes.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Safety or related field and extensive manufacturing safety experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead safety strategy across multi-site operations.
• Experience building safety programs that meet regulatory standards (OSHA, NFPA, ANSI).
• Proven track record of team leadership and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation and implementation of safety program changes.
• Write job-specific safety plans and conduct site safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental standards across fabrication operations.
• Develop and execute multi-year safety strategies and shop-level programs.
