Job summary

OP Mobility seeks an experienced Site EHS Operations Manager to lead environmental health and safety programs at our single-site manufacturing facility in Texas. You will ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO standards, drive safety initiatives, and manage regulatory reporting and training.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in EHS or related field, prior manufacturing EHS experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Experience managing EHS programs in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO management systems.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Demonstrated accident investigation and root cause analysis experience.
• Knowledge of LOTO, hazard communication, emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, and applicable regulations.
• Manage environmental compliance programs including hazardous waste, wastewater, stormwater, air permitting, and air quality requirements.
• Lead workplace safety initiatives and maintain OSHA programs and logs; report and investigate incidents.
• Coordinate Safety Committee, emergency response plans, and corrective actions.
• Train and certify forklift operators and safety trainings.
• Serve as site representative for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Review and approve new chemicals; maintain SDS system and inventory.
• Oversee recycling operations and waste handling; pursue continuous improvement.
• Manage site security and access control; ensure asset protection.
• Lead LOTO program; develop procedures and conduct audits.
• Support CI and corrective action activities across the facility.
