The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing EHS experience, proven planning ability, and a track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. A strong safety culture is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience leading a safety team and cross-functional collaboration with operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own multi-site safety strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead safety teams, coach staff, and partner with operations leadership.
• Embed safety into fabrication operations and drive continuous improvement.
