Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an EHS Director to provide comprehensive environmental, health and safety leadership across all departments. This role ensures a robust EHS program, develops policies, and promotes a culture of safety as a value.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business management or a related field and 5–8 years of experience, with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations. Regular travel is required as part of sitewide compliance and program implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in EHS leadership or equivalent.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and enforce EHS policies compliant with OSHA rules.
• Develop and standardize training and communication of EHS topics to employees and managers.
• Ensure timely development and implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and programs including JHA reviews.
• Lead communication to EHS Director and VP regarding health, safety issues and program performance.
• Conduct compliance audits and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Assess safety impacts of new processes/equipment and set objectives.
• Keep current on EHS regulations and participate in internal/external audits.
• Develop and maintain the 4Insite knowledge center and related program.
• Travel regularly to sites as required.
