Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an EHS Director to lead environmental, health and safety programs across the organization in the United States. The role emphasizes building a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with OSHA and related regulations.

The EHS Regional Director will drive policy development, audits, training, and performance reporting, while coordinating with senior leadership and site managers. Travel will be required to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 5–8 years of experience.
• Experience in environmental, health and safety program management.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Develop and standardize effective EHS training and communication to employees and managers.
• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs including JHA and annual reviews.
• Communicate EHS performance and compliance status to the Director of EHS and VP EHS and Risk.
• Conduct compliance audits and inspections; develop audit findings and follow-ups.
• Assess safety impact of new processes and equipment and set objectives.
• Stay current on EHS regulations and internal/external policy compliance, via internal assessments and inspections.
• Implement and develop the focus site program to show measured results to leadership and drive improvement.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain the knowledge center as part of the 4Insite software program.
• Travel regularly to support sites and business needs.
