Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an experienced EHS Regional Director to provide comprehensive leadership for environmental, health, and safety across multiple sites. You will champion safety programs, develop site-specific trainings, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with management and clients.

The role requires strong leadership, CSP preference, and the ability to travel regularly to sites to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field with 5-8 years of experience.
• CSP certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site EHS programs and trainings.
• Develop and enforce safety policies per OSHA requirements.
• Analyze program analytics at industry and site levels.
• Travel to sites as required.
