Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Director to lead EHS culture and training across multiple facilities. This role provides strategic leadership on regulatory compliance and oversees monthly reporting of trends and indicators.

We expect 8+ years in EHS management, supervisory experience, and strong MS Office skills. On-site work with travel to various locations in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent EHS experience.
• 8+ years managing an EHS program.
• Supervisory experience coaching staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge of current EHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of EHS culture and training on the account.
• Provide regulatory compliance leadership across facilities.
• Manage EHS oversight, trends and indicators monthly.
• Support rollout of new compliance programs and practices.
• Lead or support investigations of serious safety events.
• Collaborate with other EHS managers to share best practices.
