Job summary

JLL is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Director to lead a team of HSSE professionals across multiple facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing the EHS culture.

You will provide strategic guidance, manage OSHA records, coordinate with account leadership, and drive training programs while collaborating with EHS managers.

This on-site role requires 8+ years of EHS leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills; travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in EHS or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading an EHS program.
• Experience supervising and coaching staff.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of current EHS regulations.
• Experience in a Facilities Management environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of JLL's EHS culture and training on the account.
• Provide technical expertise on regulatory compliance across all JLL facilities.
• Oversee EHS metrics and report to account and client leadership monthly.
• Support HSSE leaders in implementing new compliance programs.
• Manage OSHA 301/300 records and act as Account Administrator for the JLL AIMS system.
• Lead or support investigations of serious safety events and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other EHS managers to share best practices across client accounts.
