Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an EHS Coordinator at our Castroville, TX plant. The role partners with all operations to analyze processes, eliminate hazards, and ensure daily safety and environmental compliance, with support from regional managers and EHS leaders.

Responsibilities include coaching on safety practices, incident investigations, training delivery, and developing best practices across facilities to sustain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of EHS/manufacturing experience with EHS responsibility.
• Excellent communication across departments.
• Knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910 and environmental regulations.
• Associate's Degree or relevant experience in EHS/Science/Engineering.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a strong on-the-floor presence coaching management, supervisors, and employees on safe behaviors.
• Investigate incidents and establish corrective/preventive action plans.
• Coordinate with Area EHS Manager to keep environmental and safety programs updated.
