Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator to implement and support Safety, Production and Environmental initiatives at our Pueblo, CO site. The role focuses on training, process improvement and ensuring OSHA compliance across operations.

The candidate will work with EHS personnel and production teams to stop unsafe practices, conduct audits, and maintain safety documentation in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial Safety or a technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years Safety Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience delivering OSHA compliant Safety programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with writing safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan health and safety programs and protocols.
• Train worksites on safety and environmental procedures.
• Implement safety best practices and train personnel.
• Teach leaders about health and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state/federal regulations.
• Perform risk assessments to identify safety issues.
• Verify adherence to safety protocols.
• Analyze health and safety data and review changes.
