Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure seeks a Safety Coordinator to implement and support Safety, Production and Environmental initiatives across our manufacturing sites. You will train teams, enforce safety standards and collaborate with EHS personnel to maintain compliance with OSHA and related regulations.

The role requires 3+ years in a safety-focused position, knowledge of OSHA guidelines, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Industrial Safety or technical discipline required.
• Minimum 3 years as Safety Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience delivering OSHA-compliant safety programs in manufacturing.
• Experience writing safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan health and safety programs and protocols.
• Train worksites on Safety and Environmental processes.
• Implement safety practices and train personnel in their application.
• Review OSHA compliance and state/federal regulations.
