Job summary

Wikoff Color Corporation, an employee-owned manufacturer, seeks a Plant EHS Coordinator to uphold environmental, health, and safety programs at the plant level. You will work under the EHS Manager, conducting inspections, coordinating training, and maintaining records to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture on the production floor.

Responsibilities include environmental compliance, OSHA program administration, incident investigations, and maintenance of critical safety

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably chemical/ink industries.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA general industry standards and EPA hazardous waste requirements.
• Experience conducting safety inspections, delivering training, and maintaining compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance with permits/regulations under EHS Manager guidance.
• Lead site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations; maintain records.
• Administer OSHA programs and respiratory protection, PPE, lockout/tagout, and emergency plans.
• Coordinate training, drills, and site safety meetings; track EHS metrics and reporting.
• Maintain SDS library, chemical inventories, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
