Job summary

Rivian seeks an EHS Co-ordinator to support the EHS Non Manufacturing team in achieving compliance across R&D, Commercial, Charging and Workplace operations.

Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will manage EHS initiatives, track compliance activities, support communications, programs and training across cross-functional teams to enhance site safety performance and meet company-wide EHS objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Google Workspace or similar office tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Self-motivated, organized and proactive.
• Previous EHS work experience relevant to the role.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in EHS or related area.

Responsibilities

• Support incident and Blind Spot reporting process by tracking open cases and liaising with EHS team.
• Routinely audit Serenity case documentation for timely closure and PII/PHI handling.
• Coordinate permit information and track status of new applications and renewals.
• Support OSHA logs compilation and posting evidence across sites.
• Develop and monitor routine workplace and equipment inspections and track compliance.
• Support recordkeeping and document management at local site level.
• Create and distribute EHS launch packs to new sites.
• Monitor compliance with EHS training programs.
