Harbinger Motors Inc. is seeking an EHS Specialist to champion a world-class safety culture across its manufacturing and R&D facilities. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will drive comprehensive programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support cross-functional teams.

This role requires flexibility to support second-shift operations. You will lead risk assessments, JHAs, and ergonomic evaluations, co-chair the EHS Safety Committee, and mentor frontline workers as Safety Champions.

Competenze

• 3+ years in environmental health and safety roles with regulatory knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication to train and guide staff.
• Automotive experience preferred; ability to work second shift.

Mansioni

• Create and implement EHS programs aligned with Harbinger's growth and regulatory requirements.
• Perform risk assessments, JHAs, and ergonomic evaluations to prevent hazards across manufacturing zones.
• Co-chair the EHS Safety Committee and mentor Safety Champions across sites.
• Lead incident investigations and RCCA closure using root cause methodologies.
• Deliver role-specific EHS training on hazard recognition, LOTO, high-voltage safety and emergencies.
• Ensure local, state and federal regulatory compliance and maintain EHS records.
