Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an EHS Coordinator for our plant in Buda, TX. You will partner with operations to analyze processes, identify hazards, and implement best practices in environmental, health and safety.

You will guide on-site teams and work with regional leaders to advance continuous improvement in safety. The role emphasizes on-site coaching, incident investigations, and delivery of safety training, with support from EHS managers and directors to develop your

Qualifications

• 2+ Years in EHS and/or Manufacturing with EHS responsibility.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910 and environmental regulations.
• Basic knowledge with Lock Out Tag Out, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Lifting Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a strong on-the-floor presence that coaches management, supervisors, and employees toward safe behaviors.
• Investigate incidents and establish corrective and preventative actions.
• Coordinate with Area EHS Manager to keep programs updated and tracked.
• Deliver health and safety training and onboarding classroom and in-field competency testing.
• Review plans for new machinery to ensure safety requirements are met.
