Job summary

Quantix SCS LLC in Texas is seeking an EHS&S Coordinator to support compliance across Environmental, Health, Safety & Security and DOT programs. You will handle documentation, maintain records, and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in safety, transportation, or a related field.
• 2+ years of administrative experience in compliance or safety.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to EHS&S leadership and coordinate compliance documentation.
• Assist in developing and maintaining EHS&S policies, forms, permits, and plans.
• Support external audit questionnaires and regulatory reporting documentation.
• Maintain OSHA 300/300A/301 logs and assist with posting requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, fleet management, and warehouse teams on documentation and compliance needs.
