Job summary

Quantix SCS, Inc. is seeking an EHS&S Coordinator in the United States (Texas). The role supports Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) and DOT compliance, managing documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting across Quantix operations.

You will administer third-party platforms, maintain OSHA records, and coordinate with departments to ensure audit-ready documentation. This position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree inSafety, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years administrative experience in compliance or safety.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Experience using safety platforms (Evotix, KPA, Velocity, Geotab, ELD systems).
• Experience working with 3rd party contractor platforms (ISNET, Avetta, OCS Responsible Care).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to EHS&S leadership and maintain documentation.
• Assist in developing and maintaining EHS&S policies, forms, permits, and plans.
• Support external audit questionnaires and related documentation.
• Submit environmental reporting to regulatory agencies and ensure data accuracy.
• Administer contractor and sustainability platforms (ISNET, Avetta, EcoVadis, OCS, Responsible Care).
• Manage DOT driver safety platform (Samba/Vigillo) for MVR compliance and inspections.
• Handle departmental invoices, payments, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 logs and assist with posting requirements.
• Track corrective actions from audits and inspections and ensure timely closure.
