Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division seeks an EHS Continuous Improvement Specialist (1st Shift) to drive safety improvements on the manufacturing floor. You will lead incident investigations, apply root cause analysis, and pursue ergonomic and process changes with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on risk reduction, data-driven decisions, and sustaining a strong safety culture across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; preferred higher education in safety.
• Experience conducting investigations and root cause analyses in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programs.
• Experience with EHS management systems a plus.
• Ability to lead investigations from initiation through closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident investigations and manage corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis and data-driven risk reduction.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement events.
• Engage floor employees and monitor safety trends.
