Eaton’s ES GDCO DIT division in Woodridge, IL is seeking an EHS Specialist for a full-time, day-shift role at our facility. The position supports environmental, health, safety, sustainability and security efforts across the organization.

You will help achieve EHS objectives, report on performance, close findings, and ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and Eaton mandates. The role also covers site security and workplace safety culture.

• Lead projects to drive improvements in our “Zero Incident Safety Culture” program(s). Support EHS committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year.
• Facilitate risk assessments at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects. Work with leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.
