Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Jonesville, SC is seeking an EHS Analyst to develop, implement, and continuously improve Environmental, Health, and Safety programs. You will work with site leadership to identify EHS risks and drive compliance with company standards.

The role includes coordinating IH assessments, incident investigations, audits, and ISO 14001 actions, plus promoting a proactive safety culture across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, health and safety or related field.
• 1 year of EHS experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• No relocation; reside within 50 miles of Jonesville, SC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve EHS programs to meet objectives.
• Identify and assess EHS risks with site leadership and drive compliance.
• Engage employees across shifts through training and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate IH assessments and employee medical evaluations.
• Assist with incident investigations and timely closure of corrective actions.
• Support audits and ISO 14001 actions and drive continuous improvement.
