Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare division seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead regulatory compliance, hazardous waste and pharma waste programs, and safety initiatives across pharmacy, distribution, and corporate operations. The role partners with site leadership to maintain OSHA/EPA compliance, drive investigations, and improve environmental performance.

Qualifications

3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

Lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations.
Serve as SME for environmental compliance, hazardous and pharmaceutical waste management, occupational safety, emergency preparedness, and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with site leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, hazard assessments, and CAPA tracking.
Develop and deliver EHS training programs and promote proactive safety engagement.
