Job summary

CVS Health'' Omnicare division seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across pharmacy, packaging, and distribution operations. You will partner with site leadership to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing environmental permits, waste programs, incident investigations, CAPAs, training, and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.
• Hybrid schedule from Glasgow, KY office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance — Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable regulations.
• Pharmaceutical & Hazardous Waste Management — Oversee waste management programs and compliance.
• Environmental Programs — Manage spill prevention, emergency planning, and reporting.
• Safety & Risk Management — Conduct inspections, investigations, and CAPAs.
• Training & Employee Engagement — Develop and deliver EHS training; promote safety culture.
• Emergency Preparedness — Maintain emergency response and business continuity programs.
