Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance — Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state/local regulations and monitor regulatory changes.
• Pharmaceutical & Hazardous Waste Management — Oversee hazardous, pharmaceutical, controlled substance, and regulated medical waste programs and coordination of waste activities.
• Environmental Programs — Manage spill prevention, contingency planning, emergency response, and environmental reporting; promote waste-reduction initiatives.
• Safety & Risk Management — Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, hazard assessments, CAPAs, and track EHS metrics.
