Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead regulatory compliance, waste management, and safety programs across pharmacy, distribution, and corporate operations. You will partner with site leadership to ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations while fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
You will oversee training, incident investigations, and CAPA processes, with travel up to 25% of the continental U.S.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
- 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across multiple sites.
- Serve as SME for environmental compliance, hazardous and pharmaceutical waste management.
- Partner with site leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs and promote a safety culture.
- Coordinate incident investigations and CAPA closure; track EHS metrics.
