Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Associate Manager to lead compliance across pharmacy, distribution, and corporate operations. The role partners with site leadership to ensure regulatory adherence and a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

You will oversee hazardous waste, waste reduction initiatives, and training programs while driving incident investigations and CAPAs. Travel up to 25% and a hybrid work model at times are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years EHS experience in a regulated industry
• Experience with environmental compliance, waste management, and regulatory reporting
• Experience with audits and investigations

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance programs across OSHA, EPA, DOT and state/local regs.
• Oversee hazardous and pharmaceutical waste management programs.
• Develop and manage environmental programs including spill prevention and reporting.
• Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and CAPA tracking.
• Deliver EHS training and promote a safety culture.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.
