Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations. This role partners with site leadership to ensure compliance and foster safety culture.

You will act as SME for waste management, incident investigations, CAPAs, and emergency preparedness, with focus on OSHA/EPA regulation, multi-site coordination, and training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of environmental, health and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts to operations.
• Manage environmental permits, licenses, registrations, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and other regulated waste programs.
• Lead incident investigations and support CAPA activities.
