Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead regulatory compliance across pharmacy, distribution, and corporate operations. This role partners with site leadership to ensure safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.

The role requires 3-5 years in EHS within a regulated industry, plus 2+ years with OSHA/EPA. A hybrid schedule out of the Glasgow, KY office is preferred. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance management for OSHA, EPA, DOT and state/local regs.
• Oversee hazardous waste and pharmaceutical waste programs and documentation.
• Manage environmental programs including spill prevention and emergency response.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, CAPAs, and safety trainings.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and regulatory reporting activities.
