Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health company, seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead regulatory compliance and waste management across its pharmacy and distribution operations in the United States.

The role partners with site leadership to foster a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement, while supporting emergency preparedness and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across sites.
• Oversee hazardous and pharmaceutical waste management and reporting.
• Develop and implement safety training and incident investigations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support audits and inspections.
• Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
