Qualifications
- 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
- 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across operations.
- Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and regulated medical waste management.
- Develop and implement environmental sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate incident investigations and root cause analyses with CAPAs.
- Deliver EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, and reporting requirements.
