Job summary

CVS Health’s Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Associate Manager oversees environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations. This role acts as a subject matter expert on environmental compliance, hazardous waste, and risk management.

Responsibilities include leading inspections, audits, CAPAs, and training, while promoting a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance programs across multiple site operations.
• Oversee hazardous and pharmaceutical waste management programs.
• Manage environmental permits, reporting, and inspections.
• Coordinate environmental performance metrics and CAPAs.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and engage employees.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
