GLOVIS America Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, EHS to develop and monitor safety programs across facilities. You will conduct inspections, coordinate training, investigate incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance to foster a proactive safety culture.

The role requires strong safety knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage records and reports. This position is based in the Montgomery, AL office and involves OSHA compliance, hazardous waste handling, and emergency

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and driving license is required.
• Experience in safety management and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Ability to develop and deliver safety training and programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of workplaces and equipment.
• Develop and deliver safety training and awareness materials.
• Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses to determine root causes.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
