Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency and quality of work effort within the Franciscan Medical Group
• Trains providers and clinical staff on effective and efficient utilization of the electronic medical record
• Develops and evaluates policies and procedures that define the scope of services offered by the FMOLHS Franciscan Medical Group in relation to patient care processes and utilization of the electronic medical record
• Maintains a high standard of integrity and professionalism with clinic staff and shares medical data in full compliance with corporate policies
• Conducts research into medical and operational related issues impacting the provider, staff and/or patient
