Job summary

Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare in Roanoke, VA is seeking an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Specialist to lead the development and delivery of training across the organization. You will train new staff to navigate the EHR and rollout new functionality and workflows.

This role supports audits and reporting, develops curricula and materials, and assists users with system issues to ensure accurate documentation and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in technology and training or related fields.
• Background check: fingerprints, state and FBI reports, drug test, and central registry.
• Safe driving record: no more than two moving violations in 3 years and none in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees to navigate the EHR.
• Train staff on new functionality or workflows in the EHR.
• Develop training curriculum, materials and schedules.
• Assist users with resolving system issues or correcting documentation errors.
• Research and implement new EHR functionality.
• Assist with audits and reporting.
