Job summary

Family Healthcare of Hagerstown seeks an Operations Training Specialist to develop and implement training programs that boost operational efficiency, patient care, and staff performance while ensuring compliance. The role includes EHR administration, chart audits, and QA measure workflows.

You will train providers, clinical support staff, and patient access staff, using AthenaOne and other systems, and coordinate annual flu clinics and policy updates.

Qualifications

• RN license in Maryland is required and must be verifiable.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience and proficiency with AthenaOne EHR for clinical workflows, documentation, and training is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Provide instruction on vaccine storage, inventory, and logs; train staff on equipment and policies.
• Lead QA workflow implementations and monthly training to ensure QA measures are captured.
• Design and deliver materials including presentations, handouts, and online modules for staff across roles.
• Perform chart audits and maintain SDS manuals; organize annual flu clinics and training sessions.
