Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System seeks a Training & EHR Education Coordinator to coordinate development for project implementations and system upgrades.

You will support logistics for training activities, facilitate EHR training across the enterprise, coach the super user program, and maintain databases to evaluate learning programs across departments. You’ll also welcome new team members one-on-one as they learn the EHR.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's Degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training and development for project implementations and system upgrades.
• Handle logistics for training activities including classrooms, equipment and schedules.
• Facilitate EHR training programs across the enterprise in all departments.
• Coach and mentor the super user program.
