Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum years of experience in EHR training or healthcare IT.
• Experience developing role-based training materials and adult-learning content.
• Epic Principal Trainer certification may be required or obtainable within time frame.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, maintain, and continually improve role-based training curriculum for EHR apps.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, recorded, and one-on-one training to end users and super users.
• Analyze end-user roles and workflows to ensure accurate training assignments and curricula.
• Coordinate curriculum reviews with SMEs and stakeholders for approvals before implementation.
• Build, test, and maintain training environments and scenario data with IT teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement to materials and delivery.
