Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Training and Adoption Consultant to support an EHR implementation, providing classroom, computer-based, and hands-on coaching to end users. You will guide learning activities, facilitate training strategies at multiple sites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of training experience, hands-on Oracle Health/Cerner EHR exposure, and the ability to obtain a Federal/Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of training experience.
• Experience working directly in the Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as a clinician, admin staff, or end user.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST.
• US Citizenship restrictions apply: No sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate education of the client’s training strategy at assigned sites through virtual training sessions at hospitals and clinicals.
• Collaborate with cross-pillars workstreams.
• Document successful completion of technical and functional user training.
• Attend and/or lead meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
