Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to support EHR implementation and adoption for healthcare clients. You will train end users, manage change activities, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful go‑live and sustainment.

The role requires experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively. On-site work and collaboration with cross‑functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years (5+ preferred) of change management or training experience.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on site during pre‑ and post‑go‑live activities.
• Experience in Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as clinician, administrator, or end user.
• Strong MS Office skills and related applications.
• Excellent client-facing communication and meeting participation.
• Willingness to travel 75–100%.

Responsibilities

• Support EHR implementation and go‑live activities.
• Provide on‑site change management and training for end users.
• Act as primary resource for system users and stakeholder questions.
• Develop and deliver change management communications and artifacts.
• Analyze workflows end‑to‑end and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to plan adoption events and sustainment tasks.
• Prepare client presentations and reports for leadership.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and service lines.
• Support business development for the VA account team.
